IKEA Canada Customer Experience Training Program

This 5-day course is an opportunity to learn and develop customer experience skills with iconic retailer, IKEA! With an English-as-a-Second-Language component, this course is designed specifically for refugees who are interested in work placements and mentorship opportunities as well as learning about customer experience strategies. It is also an opportunity to connect with IKEA hiring managers, opening the door to a new career.

Program Eligibility:

  • Canadian Language Benchmark Level 5+
  • Individuals who hold or have held refugee status upon landing in Canada
