The opportunity
As a Senior Pension Benefits Specialist you are a definitive source of knowledge and expertise within the team and seen as a subject matter expert and mentor for new and existing staff. The best seniors have a great mix of EQ and IQ with an ability to accurately translate plan and product knowledge to clients and other staff, including on the job training and feedback to the Pension Benefit Specialists and Associates. As a senior, you contribute strong business support for a variety of products and objectives through consistent initiative. A senior provides direction for the end to end completion of complex and sensitive client situations, including involvement in escalated member contact.

This role reports to the Manager, Client Services.
