The Connecting Afghan Refugees to Good Jobs program at ACCES Employment, funded by IRCC, provides free, one-on-one employment counselling and ESL communication coaching to Afghan refugees across Canada. Customized referrals and resources are provided to help clients achieve success through mental health and coaching workshops, upskilling opportunities, as well as a variety of diverse networking, mentoring, and hiring events.
