ACCES Employment is proud to announce Brian Bachand as the new Chair of our Board of Directors. Brian was previously Vice-Chair of the Board and is a long-standing supporter, mentor, volunteer and leader for the success of ACCES and has contributed greatly to the growth and development of the organization. His contributions include supporting ACCES with fundraising, programming, mentoring and overall strategic leadership. He has been a valued member of the Board of Directors since 2015 and we look forward to his continued leadership in his role as Chair. Below, Brian shares his motivation for contributing his time and leadership to ACCES.

Brian is the founder of evolution evolution, a Global Coaching Company that works with influential senior leaders on conscientious career change, international work, complex team management and realizing true leadership. His career in both the United States and Canada includes senior level roles in fundraising as well as recruitment.
