The Opportunity:
Under the direction of the Director, Alumni Programs and Services, the incumbent coordinates and implements innovative initiatives designed to increase alumni engagement and loyalty across a broad, diversified base of alumni across life-stage with a focus on integrating across demographic segments. Proficient in both physical and virtual program delivery, the incumbent organizes programs based on assessment of market and demographic research and an awareness of evolving trends in effective communication with key demographic groups.
