The Opportunity:
Annual and Leadership Giving team provides strategy, direction and management to the growing of U of T’s annual giving programs. As amember of the annual and leadership giving team working under the general direction of the Associate Director, Annual and Leadership Giving Engagement, the Senior Development Officer (SDO) will be responsible for management of a portfolio and the re-solicitation of high-value ALG stewardship prospects. The incumbent is responsible for the development of an integrated stewardship program for ALG donors at all levels including management of the Presidents’ Circle program. The incumbent will be responsible for making solicitation calls. The incumbent will also ensure proper stewardship takes place following a gift to maintain the donor’s involvement, interest and support. The active involvement of key members of the university community is essential to the overall success of the annual and leadership giving program.
