The Street Fleet is ACCES Employment’s mobile service designed to deliver job search and employment services directly to communities across the GTA, especially in underserved or high-need areas.
The retrofit van allows ACCES staff to deliver on-site job search workshops in the community and provides a unique opportunity for employers to discover talent and meet their hiring needs.

What services does the Street Fleet offer?
The Street Fleet supports a range of employment and outreach services, including:
- Resume reviews & job search assistance
- Community resource navigation

- On-site referrals to ACCES programs

What types of events can the Street Fleet attend?
The Street Fleet can be part of a wide variety of community-based events, including:
- Job fairs and hiring events
- Pop-up resource hubs
- School and youth engagement events
- Food bank distributions
- Cultural and community festivals
- Library, recreation, or housing-based outreach days
Can I book the Street Fleet?
Community organizations, service providers, schools, shelters, faith-based groups, municipalities, and other non-profit or grassroots agencies serving jobseekers can request the Street Fleet for their events.
Submit your request using the Street Fleet Booking Form. Please include the event date, location, purpose, staffing needs, and required materials. A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is recommended.
All requests are reviewed to ensure alignment with outreach goals, community impact, and logistical feasibility.
How is the Street Fleet different from a traditional outreach booth?
The Street Fleet adds mobility, professionalism, and technology to ACCES’ outreach model. It enables service delivery in non-traditional spaces, engages clients more efficiently, and raises visibility in the community.
The Street Fleet is a high-roof cargo van approximately 22 feet long, 9 feet high, and 7 feet wide. It is equipped with:
- Wi-Fi access
- Power supply and printer station
- HDMI connectivity and display monitor
- Seating for setup
