As a leader in driving the development of a strong sustainable investing strategy at TD Wealth, Andrea has developed and is implementing a program for the Advice Channel.  In addition, she provides advice to organizations and individuals as they seek to align their missions and values with their investments.

As one of the Canadian banking industry’s only dedicated subject matter experts for the charitable sector, Andrea Robertson helps hundreds of non-profit organizations across Canada to develop prudent investment policies, address governance and financial considerations, and implement ethical investing requirements.

Utilizing her sector and governance expertise, Andrea helps individuals who are starting their own Private Foundation to navigate the complexities of governance, investment management, and establishing a vision and mission.

Prior to joining TD, Andrea worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry. She is currently on the board of ACCES Employment and has a long history of volunteer leadership in the charitable sector.  Andrea is frequently asked to speak on a range of topics including charitable financial governance and sustainable investing and has appeared on BNN and TVO.

Andrea received her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and her MBA from Columbia University.  She has recently attained her Family Enterprise Advisor accreditation.

Lucille D’Souza is Vice-President, Associate General Counsel, Strategy & Operations for RBC Law Group based in Toronto. The Strategy team provides legal support for IP, Marketing & Sponsorship, Canadian & U.S. Regulatory, Real Estate, Procurement and Strategy matters at RBC. The Operations team is responsible for external counsel relationships, innovation of RBC Law Group’s practices and technology, e-Discovery and business measurement & reporting.

Lucille was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 1998. Prior to joining RBC in November 2000, Lucille worked as an associate in the Toronto Business Law Group of a Canadian law firm providing advice on corporate and securities law matters.

Lucille then joined RBC’s Law Group. In past roles at RBC, Lucille was Head, Subsidiary Governance Office, a global centre of subsidiary governance excellence and expertise, with legal professionals in eight locations world-wide.

In her twenty+ years at RBC, Lucille has worked on many large M&A transactions and complex re-structuring projects that have resulted in the creation of a number of regulated bank subsidiaries in Canada and jurisdictions world-wide.

Lucille is the Chair of RBC’s Bank Act (Business Powers) Committee. From February 2010 until May 2013, Lucille co-chaired the Diversity Committee for RBC’s General Counsel Group. In recognition of her efforts to support diversity and inclusion, Lucille was awarded the 2011 Lexpert Zenith Award for diversity action by in-house legal departments. Lucille was also profiled in Amoi magazine as well as Women of Influence magazine. Lucille has participated in panel discussions regarding subsidiary governance, diversity and women.

Miguel A. Lopez. is a Supply Chain and Operations management professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industry. Miguel migrated from Mexico in 2006 and secured his first job in Canada as a Supply Chain consultant for Accenture Canada through ACCES Employment.

Since then, Miguel has volunteered with ACCES in a number of different capacities including developing class exercises for the Supply Chain Connections program, serving on the Supply Chain Connections Advisory Committee, participating in numerous Speed Mentoring Events including the Connectors program and numerous times as guest speaker for the Supply Chain Connections Program. He was subsequently selected as the Walk of Fame Alumni Champion in 2015.

Miguel currently works as the General Manager|VP of Operations for Coltene-SciCan, Coltene-SciCan has hired ACCES alumni in the areas of Purchasing, Demand Planning and Industrial Engineering as well as developing and mentoring professionals from India, Iran, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Syria, the Philippines and China among many in the areas of Supply Chain, Purchasing and Operations management. Miguel has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, a master’s degree in Sciences and an MBA from the Laurier School of Business and Economics at the Toronto campus.

Tolu Ajise currently holds the position of Supervisor, Accounting Services at the City of Burlington where she manages a team with overall responsibility for the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions of the City and serves as the finance liaison between the City and the Local Culture Boards which include the Art Gallery of Burlington, Burlington Public Library, Performing Arts Centre, and the Museums providing finance and accounting guidance.

As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) with an MBA in Finance and Multinational Management from The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania, Tolu uses her expertise and management skills to lead high impact teams while working directly with executives at the C-Level. Her expertise includes utilizing complex financial data and leveraging data analytic tools to develop and deliver high-quality strategic and financial outcomes for organizations.

Tolu is a past Treasurer and Board Member of the Mississauga Chamber Singers (MCS Chorus) and is an avid classical musician playing the piano and clarinet in her spare time.

Raly Chakarova is the Executive Director of the Toronto and Area Road Builders Association (TARBA), a leading industry association, whose members perform most of the new road construction and maintenance in the Greater Toronto Area and Simcoe County. Prior to this role, Raly was the Executive Director of the BOLT Charitable Foundation, Director of Policy at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, and Senior Advisor to the Ontario Minister of Economic Development and Growth, among other roles in the non-profit and government sectors.

Raly is a Board Member of ACCES Employment and the Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario (RCCAO) and a member of various industry organizations and government consultation groups. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University and a Specialist in International Development and Political Science from University of Toronto.

Enrique Cuyegkeng, with his proven track record of leadership, building high-performance teams and capabilities resulting in the growth of stakeholder value, is a volunteer member of the investment committee of the Institute for Research on Public Policy (IRPP) and the Ontario Hospital Association (OHA), and is a board member of ACCES Employment. He was previously a senior investment and pension executive with three decades of institutional investing experience as a portfolio manager and allocator across public and private markets strategies. He has had distinguished careers with TD Asset Management, OPSEU Pension Trust, and the fund management group at Ontario Power Generation until his retirement in 2021.

Enrique is an Accredited Director and member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (CGIC), a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York City, and his BSc degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines before immigrating to Canada.

Geoff Rush is KPMG’s Global Head of Financial Services Advisory and Canadian Leader of Financial Services based in Toronto. He joined KPMG Canada from KPMG’s Financial Services practice in Australia. Geoff has over 25 years of experience leading large transformation programs in the banking, insurance and wealth management sectors. During his career, Geoff has held leadership roles in secured and unsecured lending, banking operations and finance. Geoff brings a global perspective to his engagements having worked with leading institutions in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand and Australia. Prior to joining KPMG, Geoff worked for National Australia Bank, Citigroup and A.T. Kearney.

Nichola Douse, MBA,  is a Vice President and Group Head of Customer Delivery at Mastercard in Canada.

In her role, Nichola oversees all aspects of technology and operational relationship with customers and key accounts in Canada. She drives the execution of Mastercard products and services in partnership with customers and payments ecosystem constituents and helps manage both technical and business aspects of program launches.

With over 22+ years in the financial industry, Nichola is a dynamic, curious leader driven by delivering operational excellence for customers and businesses in the payments ecosystem. At Mastercard, she is known for driving business forward, creatively overcoming obstacles by understanding and anticipating customer expectations, and leading high performing teams. Nichola’s collaborative and strategic approach to her work results in meaningful, transformational change that benefits all involved.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Nichola held various leadership positions at TD Bank based in Canada and the United States. Over the course of 14 years with the bank, Nichola oversaw branch channel strategy, network delivery, credit operations and retail branch banking.

Nichola is very passionate about giving back to the community she works in and is specifically focused on supporting youth at risk. Among other volunteer positions, Nichola was a board member for the Toronto Chapter of ProAction Kids and Children Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba,

Nichola is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University.

Robyn Connelly has over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles within the public, private, and non-profit sectors, building alignment between strategy and stakeholders to drive outcomes, enhance reputation, and minimize risk. Her career has centered on organizations—particularly in the transportation sector—that depend on building broad-reaching support to achieve their growth.

Robyn’s expertise in stakeholder relations encompasses government relations, community engagement, and civic partner stewardship, successfully integrating diverse voices to build understanding and consensus. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs that drive organizational success.

Currently, Robyn is the Director of Sustainability and Social Impact at Toronto Pearson, Canada’s largest airport. She holds a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto.

Sharon Connolly is a seasoned business professional. She spent more than 20 years in commercial lending and real estate financing with BDC. In her most recent roles she supported women and newcomer entrepreneurs to achieve their business goals. Sharon endeavours to lead her teams to provide the best possible solutions to meet client needs. This is accomplished by working effectively with business partners to determine not only financing but operational needs of clients.  She holds a BBA from the University of Prince Edward Island and an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University.

Titi Akinsanmi is a Public Policy thought leader on the digital economy focused on shaping an enabling environment for innovation. A thought leader, coach and mentor, Titi has served as a Berkman Klein Fellow (Faculty of Law, Harvard University from 2018 – 2020); an advisory and steering committee Board member at GoodID, with the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on the Digital Economy and on the strategy and advisory team on Digital Identity.

Titi is a member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) on the 4th Industrial Revolution of the UNDP (Africa) and serves on the Presidential Advisory Committee on the Digital Economy (StartUpBill.NG) for Nigeria. She sits on the board of nonprofits like the Alliance for Affordable Internet, Yemi Shyllon Museum of Arts and Junior Achievement amongst others.

She has spent the last two decades – globally – advising, speaking and delivering on laws and policies connecting the public, civil and private sectors. Her expertise is discerning which, where, and how regulations and policies help harness digital opportunities while mediating its emerging tensions, addressing gaps and building sustainable allies. She is the Global Policy team lead for Google Assistant and Hardware having previously led the cluster for the global tech giant as the Government affairs and Public policy lead for West & Francophone Africa.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Law specializing in Privacy and Cybersecurity (Osgoode Law) and a Masters in Public Policy & Development Management (Uni. of Witwatersrand).

She is a Mama to 3 (2 XXs, 1 XY), and wifey to 1 (XY).
