The Connecting to Careers in Construction (Youth) program will help participants explore career paths in the construction sector, experience hands-on trade simulations using virtual reality and video tools, access entry-level job opportunities and apprenticeship pathways, and receive personalized support with resume writing, interview preparation, and one-on-one career coaching.
