Daniel Bonsu

For nearly 20 years, Daniel has been a dedicated volunteer with ACCES Employment, offering consistent and meaningful support to both staff and clients. Known for his compassionate approach and tireless energy, he has helped countless newcomers and jobseekers regain confidence and move closer to meaningful employment. Daniel has assisted with résumé and cover letter writing, researched job leads across sectors, and provided hands-on support to Employment Consultants. He continues to volunteer with ACCES because of the welcoming environment and the impactful tools and guidance that help him thrive in his role.

Hassan Khan

Hassan first connected with ACCES Employment in 2018 while working at another financial institution, where he helped coordinate Speed Mentoring® events for our clients. After joining TD Bank Group, he continued to champion our mission—building a strong partnership between TD and ACCES that has enabled us to expand our impact. Over the past three years alone, Hassan has helped organize 14 Speed Mentoring events and played a key role in hiring over 15 ACCES clients. Approachable, dedicated, and passionate, Hassan consistently brings high-performing teams to support our programs and elevate the client experience.

Stef Saad

Stef has been a dedicated ambassador for ACCES Employment, supporting our work across multiple programs and initiatives. As a guest speaker in the Advanced Manufacturing program, he delivers engaging sessions grounded in real-world lessons from his own experience. He has mentored newcomer entrepreneurs, served on pitch panels, and contributed to our program advisory committee, helping shape the future of our offerings. At his manufacturing facilities in Quebec and Whitby, Stef leads inclusive hiring practices and has employed numerous ACCES clients.
