ACCES Employment Partners with HP LIFE
ACCES Employment recently partnered with HP Canada to provide our clients with an opportunity to utilize modules on their HP LIFE platform.
HP LIFE is a global online program providing business and IT skills training free-of-charge to people worldwide; it is a program of the HP Foundation. The courses are modular and interactive, and although they can be completed in a short period of time, they are full of information and practical exercises. The courses are available in 7 languages (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi and simplified Chinese).
ACCES Employment, with their connections to a diverse network of employers and newcomer jobseekers have been able to recommend the HP LIFE courses as a method for learning industry-specific and job-specific skills to a wide variety of users. These courses can enhance the already extensive curricula of ACCES’s programs and employment services.
Part of the mission of the HP LIFE platform is to provide provides business and 21st century skills to entrepreneurs, small business owners, lifelong learners and, in the context of ACCES clients, newcomers to Canada who are searching for meaningful employment. HP LIFE Users can learn at their own pace, in their own time, anywhere and anytime! Courses include topics such as Basics of Finance, Success Mindset, Your Target Audience, and many more.
