The Opportunity:
- Provide administrative support to clients and prospective clients, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with answering phone calls, voicemail messages from customers and staff from 7 to 9 am and 4 to 7 pm Monday to Friday; also need someone to answer phones and answer emails from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday
- Answer customer emails and deliver general communication
- Pre-summer work, in late May and early June, includes recruiting new on-call staff for camp locations
- Contact all established on-call staff to get them onboarded and arrange their schedule; will need to build the master on-call schedule for themselves
