The Opportunity:

  • Provide administrative support to clients and prospective clients, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with answering phone calls, voicemail messages from customers and staff from 7 to 9 am and 4 to 7 pm Monday to Friday; also need someone to answer phones and answer emails from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday 
  • Answer customer emails and deliver general communication
  • Pre-summer work, in late May and early June, includes recruiting new on-call staff for camp locations
  • Contact all established on-call staff to get them onboarded and arrange their schedule; will need to build the master on-call schedule for themselves
