Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
Our Commitment
Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are part of who we are at ACCES. They shape how we support jobseekers and how we work together as colleagues. Canada is recognized globally for its diversity, yet many newcomers and other equity-deserving groups continue to face barriers to employment. Challenges such as language differences, unfamiliar workplace norms, and unequal access to opportunities can make finding and keeping work more difficult. At ACCES, we are committed to advancing equity in Canada’s labour market and that commitment starts within our own organization.
Building an Inclusive Culture
Our EDI work is grounded in people, shared responsibility, and continuous learning. We strengthen inclusion by fostering employee engagement, encouraging open dialogue, and creating opportunities for staff to bring their full selves to work. We believe in an inclusive organization–one that reflects a wide range of skills, experiences, and viewpoints–is essential to our work and impact.
