Request for Proposals (RFP)
RFP # 2022-12-12-B
ACCES is requesting applications from prospective proponents to qualify as a future potential vendor for the provision of Occupational Change Management Counselling for Internationally-Educated Healthcare Professionals as described below.
ACCES offers several programs that support internationally educated healthcare professionals (IEHPs) who face regulatory barriers to licensure in securing high quality, non-licensed employment in the broader healthcare sector. We are currently expanding these services as part of a pan-Canada partnership that is working to build greater capacity in primary healthcare.
To support our clients during their complex career transitions, ACCES is requesting proposals for the delivery of Occupational Change Management Counselling. Through taking part in Occupational Change Management Counselling, the IEHPs we serve will be better equipped to adjust their short-term non-licensed career goals. In addition, they will have access to tools and strategies that support their resilience and wellbeing while making a major career transition. Occupational Change Management Counselling will be delivered through online one-on-one sessions.
The Scope of Work consists of:
1. Review and suggest revisions to existing materials that are used in ACCES-delivered group-based exploration of occupational identity, occupational change, change resiliency and career transition change strategies.
2. Develop a(n) Occupational Change Management tool(s) that can be completed by participants during and after the group-based session and used to support one-on-one counselling.
3. Deliver up to 280 hours of one-on-one Occupational Change Management Counselling to IEHPs making complex career transitions.
