Alicia Rose is a nationally recognized social impact leader with over 15 years of experience spanning the nonprofit and corporate sectors. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President, Global Social Impact at TD Bank Group, where she leads TD’s social impact portfolio which includes more than $150 million in annual philanthropy, and oversees a national team responsible for community investment, partnerships, and colleague engagement.

Alicia brings deep expertise in corporate citizenship, human rights, reconciliation and equity, and is a trusted advisor to senior leadership on embedding these priorities into organizational strategy. She has built and stewarded partnerships with more than 3,000 community organizations across Canada and is widely recognized for connecting institutional scale to community impact.

Before joining TD, Alicia held leadership roles with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority and Business for the Arts, where she advanced national initiatives to strengthen community investment and governance in the arts sector.

Alicia brings strong governance experience, having served as Board Chair of JAYU (a human rights organization) and Soulpepper Theatre. She is a frequent national speaker on social impact and has been recognized as one of Canada’s “Outstanding Leaders in Corporate Social Impact” (2024) and a recipient of the Women in Change Civic Leadership Impact Award (2026).
