ACCES Employment Releases 2025–26 Annual Report: Building on 40 Years of Impact

Toronto–ACCES Employment is pleased to announce the release of its 2025–26 Annual Report, Building on 40 Years of Impact, now available in both digital and print formats. 

Marking a major organizational milestone, the report reflects four decades of growth since ACCES was established to address barriers to employment for newcomers to Canada. Today, we support over 57,000 jobseekers and more than 5,700 employers through 35+ employment and skills training programs, delivered by 200+ staff across seven offices in the Greater Toronto Area.  

Key highlights from the 2025–26 year include: 

    • Launch of new programs in biomanufacturing, engineering, early childhood education, and artificial intelligence, bringing the total number of program options to more than 35 

    • 2,500+ clients who engaged with us via the ACCES Street Fleet, our mobile employment service  

    • Over 7,700 clients supported through Employment Ontario services 

    • 1,600+ volunteers contributing mentorship, coaching, and professional support to clients 

The 2025–26 Annual Report also marks a significant leadership transition. After 25 years as President and CEO, Allison Pond has made the decision to retire. The Board of Directors has begun the process of recruiting a new leader.
