We hosted one of our largest multi-sector hiring events of the year at the Adult Education Centre – Mississauga Campus on September 17, 2025.
Jobseekers connected face-to-face with some of Canada’s leading employers, resulting in more than 600 interviews and countless doors opened to exciting career opportunities. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our community partners for sharing valuable resources and to everyone who helped make this event such a success.
We were also pleased to welcome Deepak Anand, MPP for Mississauga–Malton and Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Colleges, Universities, Research & Security. He engaged directly with employers and jobseekers, emphasizing how communities like his own often serve as gateways for newcomers seeking employment.
This collaboration between government, employers, and community organizations like ACCES strengthens Ontario’s labour market and supports jobseekers in building meaningful careers.
