Adeline Cheng is Audit Head, GWAM, Manulife Bank and Advisory Services at Manulife Financial. In this role, she leads audit and advisory coverage across wealth and asset management, banking, providing independent assurance on governance, risk management, and control effectiveness.
Adeline has over two decades experience in Financial Services leading global teams and as a former Big 4 partner, advising senior executives on regulatory, operational, and strategic risks. She is known for her focus on balanced risk management through business partnership, and innovation, including the use of data analytics and emerging technologies to enhance effectiveness. She is passionate about developing talent and helping organizations build strong, resilient risk and control environments.
She possesses an MBA from Ivey School of Business (Western University) and also serves as a Board member of the Toronto Botanical Garden.
