Flora Yung is a Managing Director of the Financial Performance Management team at Bank of Montreal leading a high-performing team predominantly responsible for decision support to the Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking business in achieving financial results, financial performance measures, and quarterly earnings release. Flora has over 25 years of experience specialized in financial services industry demonstrated strategic leadership in establishing and leading processes including management & financial reporting, forecast & planning, financial performance measures, and due diligence on mergers and acquisitions. Flora received her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and is a member of CPA (Ontario).
Flora is also a member of the BMO Finance Inclusion Council, as well, actively involved in the annual Finance Career Day events and most recently involved in fund raising for BMO Walk so Kids Can Talk in support of Kids Help Phone. She is serving as a board member of BMO Investment Inc. (a public company) since 2023.
