Through the program, you’ll learn how to transfer your communication and customer service skills to the role of Disability Adjudicator, and you’ll have an opportunity to meet with hiring managers from Sun Life.

Program Eligibility
You might be a good fit for this training if you have:
- Ability to attend an online, full-time 5-week training
- Residency in these postal codes: M4A, M3C, M1L, M1K, M1J
- Post-secondary Education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (CLB 8+)
- A commitment to providing high quality customer service
- An ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy while following practice guidelines
