START Customer Care Program - ACCES Employment

The START program is designed to support women with pursuing careers in the customer care sector in Canada, and provides participants with industry-recognized certifications, computer training, job search support and coaching during the nine-week program. Supported by Toronto Employment & Social Services, START customer care program is highly effective in motivating participants and preparing them for achieving success in their employment goals.

Program Components

9-week program
Customer Care Essentials certification
Job shadow experience with a local employer
Applied computer skills training
Workplace culture and communication skills preparation
One-to-one support from an Employment Consultant who is knowledgeable about the sector

Program Eligibility

Client must be working with an OW caseworker within the catchment area of Toronto Employment Social Services (TESS)
