The Financial Services Connections™ in a Digital World program provides internationally trained financial services professionals with practical job search information and connections to employers in the financial sector. Program participants will learn how to integrate into the Canadian workplace and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients within the sector.

Program Components
- 6-week program
- Business and workplace communication training in a Canadian context
- Orientation to the financial services sector in Canada
- Job search support and preparation
- One-to-one support from an employment consultant who is knowledgeable about the sector
Financial Services Connections™ is funded by the Government of Ontario, and is offered in partnership with Toronto Metropolitan University and Moody’s Analytics.

Program Eligibility
- CLB Level 8 or higher preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee or Refugee Claimant with a one-year Canadian work permit, Naturalized Canadian Citizen
- One year experience in the financial services sector outside of Canada. No relevant Canadian work experience
- No relevant Canadian Work Experience
- Must reside in Ontario

- February 3 – March 14, 2025
Program Fees
The fee for this program is $500. This fee offsets the academic portion of the program.
