The Connecting Ukrainian Refugees to Good Jobs program at ACCES Employment is a free program that connects Ukrainian refugees across Canada by providing customized referrals and resources including one-on-one employment counselling and mentoring, diverse networking, mental health and coaching workshops, upskilling opportunities, ESL language support and access to a broad range of hiring events.

The program is funded by IRCC.

Program Components

  • Customized one-to-one support to help you with your job search in Ukrainian or English
  • Personalized Service plans that detail employment integration to achieve specified goals.
  • Referrals to internal and external programs and services.
  • Networking, mentoring and coaching opportunities (virtual and in person).
