The START program is designed to support women with pursuing careers in the customer care sector in Canada, and provides participants with industry-recognized certifications, computer training, job search support and coaching during the nine-week program. Supported by Toronto Employment & Social Services, START customer care program is highly effective in motivating participants and preparing them for achieving success in their employment goals.

Program Components
- 9-week program
- Customer Care Essentials certification
- Job shadow experience with a local employer
- Applied computer skills training
- Workplace culture and communication skills preparation
- One-to-one support from an Employment Consultant who is knowledgeable about the sector

Program Eligibility
- Client must be working with an OW caseworker within the catchment area of Toronto Employment Social Services (TESS)
